Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani - a hit in US Box Office
Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone starrer Yeh
Jawaani Hai Deewani , has made its way to the top 10 box Office
performers of US. The fun filled love story has already crossed the weekend
collections Salman Khan Starer "EK Tha Tiger" and is
racing towards the 100 cr club.
Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani produced by Karan Johar and
Directed by Ayan Mukherjee was one of the most awaited films of the year. Its
marks the onscreen reunion of Ranbir and Deepika post their break up.
It is not very often that a Bollywood flick makes
it to the top 10 of the US Box Office, some managed to grab the 15th
or 18th position.
Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani opened strong with almost 100% occupancy at
multiplexes and up to 70% at single screens. It is one of Ranbir Kapoor’s
biggest opening till date. It has the fourth biggest opening of all times and
highest for a non holiday release with a collection of 19.81 crore on its
opening Friday.
